outdoor preschool Teacher

Madrona School, a Waldorf school located in downtown Bainbridge Island, is seeking a part-time Preschool Assistant to join our early childhood team. This role supports our fully outdoor preschool program, working with children ages 2½ to 4.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Compensation: $25.00/hour

  • Program Dates: Late August 2025 – Early June 2026

We’re looking for someone with patience, warmth, and a genuine love for young children. While prior experience is welcome, it is not required—training will be provided. A commitment to the full school year is expected.
